HOW TO TRANSLATE YOUR ANGER!


You become fully present with it.

You cant really suffocate it. If you are sick to your stomach, what does your body want to do naturally? You vomit.

So the idea is to let it out.

Not so much on other people.

Let it out while you are alone in your home in your bed. Let yourself become angry. That anger that you want to repress, let yourself feel it full. Let yourself fill with rage.

Doing this will get you in touch with yourself, relax the parts that need relaxing and increase your well being in general.

But you have to be careful. You will be letting out toxic energy, so be wise about how you express it.
